As Zwicker continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, dynamic, driven individuals, preferably with experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented call center or collections environment, to join our dynamic team in our Hebron, Kentucky office. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include: Establish contact with debt settlement companies and/or attorneys to discuss delinquencies and ability/willingness to pay and to identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them for their consumers Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and card member’s information into computer system Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives Comply with policies and procedures of Zwicker & Associates, P.C. Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws Other duties as assigned Requirements Above-average administration and phone skills Fluent in Excel Ability to effectively communicate with debt settlement firms and law firms via phone and/or email Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Well organized, results-driven Effective decision-making skills Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
