Description

We are seeking Collections Agents to join a growing team at MOA Pasay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure timely recovery of debts. Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments Negotiate payment arrangements and offer suitable solutions to delinquent accounts Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult customer situations Collaborate with team members and management to meet collection targets Follow company policies and legal guidelines during collection processes At least a high school graduate Must have at least 12 months of solid collections or sales experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in MOA Pasay Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule Can start ASAP Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
