Our client Deloitte, the global consultancy and advisory organisation and the world’s largest professional services network, known as one of the ‘Big 4’, is looking for experienced Collections Agents to assist a high street bank on a Collections project.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE NEED

• Minimum 3 months experience in collections, arrears or debt management within Financial Services OR 6 months experience in Utilities.
• Must have experience of completing Income & Expenditure forms
• High volume inbound call centre experience is essential
• Provide excellent customer service and empathy to work with vulnerable members of the public. Knowledge of the TEXAS or other vulnerability models is desired.
• Highly organised and confident to use multiple banking systems
• You are a self-starter and able to prioritise tasks working to agreed quality and productivity performance targets
