In this role, you will: Minimize delinquency by effectively applying collections skills to secure payment commitments Ensure productivity & quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process Receive both inbound & outbound calls to assist clients with any collections related concerns for an efficient, accurate & professional manner Build rapport & connection with the clients Support achievement of team objectives Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas Ensure each call or task is completed in accordance with stablished procedures & standards Identify & escalate potential risk especially those link to possible financial crime To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Ability to speak and understand English fluently Ability to write business letters and reports. Excellent conversational/ telephone skills. Ability to learn quickly, retain and transfer knowledge appropriately. Ability to understand and interpret numeric data. Flexibility to work in shifts Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wider range of people. Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
