TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area! Position: LCR Collections Counselor Job Description: Handling phone calls with members, negotiating settlements, and arranging payments. Maintaining and tracking settlements and payment arrangements. Updating and submitting new arrangements into the system. Collecting payments with both inbound and outbound calls. Primarily handling outbound dialing using an auto-dialer. Inbound calls overflow when necessary. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am -5:30pm Availability.
