Responsibilities

Support customer service functions for an inbound/outbound call center

• Answer incoming calls
• Update systems notes
• Communicate with customers and address questions/concerns
• Maintain oversight of delinquent accounts
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding accounts
• Negotiate payment/settlement plans
• Collaborate with team members as necessary
