We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists with a base pay of $17-19 per hour.

Position: We will provide you with the tools, knowledge and training to become successful in your role. Collection Specialists contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of collection experience working financial accounts (credit card/consumer loan/auto loan)
• Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
• Basic computer skills
