Were looking for a friendly, detail-focused Collections and Handover Agent to join our Lympsham team. Working closely with our experienced Sales Consultants, you’ll ensure a seamless, professional handover experience as customers complete their vehicle purchase.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working with people, and wants to play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Provide a high-quality, reliable handover experience for every customer, ensuring they leave fully satisfied.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to manage and prepare customer collection appointments.
• Carry out thorough vehicle handover checks making sure all documents are accurate, present, and ready for the customer.
• Flag and report any issues quickly and effectively to the relevant team.
• Set up and verify documentation, ensuring accuracy in customer records.
• Support general administration tasks related to vehicle dispatch, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and handover.
