Job Description Lead and develop a team of 8, fostering a healthy work environment where how you do things matters as much as what you achieve. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Be close to customers by traveling to visit them, building strong relationships, and achieving effective payment agreements Guarantee effective collections to support the timely release of orders Ensure compliance with TFCM policies and internal control frameworks. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across collection operations Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Minimum 4 years leading teams in collections, credit, or finance operations. ERP experience (SAP or equivalent). Intermediate English. Desired Knowledge of the agricultural sector.
