Job Requirements: * Ensure legal files are complete, accurate, and properly documented for court proceedings. * Develop and maintain standardized legal workflows, procedures, and best practices. * Monitor case progress, timelines, and outcomes and partner with attorney leadership to ensure efficiency and quality. * Manage relationships with internal and/or external attorneys and other legal vendors. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations and audits of legal vendors * Collaborate with compliance and attorney leadership to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks. * Partner with attorney leadership to respond to audits, legal inquiries, and regulatory requests related to litigation activities. * Develop and deliver reports on overall file performance, workflow, inventory status, stage performance, costs, and case outcomes. * Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding strategy, reporting and efficiency. * Serve as the primary point of contact for legal services reporting or process related questions within the organization. Qualifications: Required * 5+ years of experience in legal collections, creditors’ rights, or process management. * Strong knowledge of collections litigation, general court procedures, and post-judgment remedies. * Demonstrated experience managing staff, client relationships and legal vendors. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.   Scope Exclusions (Clarification) * This role does not manage or oversee call center operations, outbound or inbound calls, or consumer letter campaigns. * Responsibilities are limited strictly to legal services and litigation-related, reporting and processing functions.
