YOU WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN:

• Collaborate with debt recovery operations teams to ensure policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place and followed
• Develop and implement debt recovery strategies aligned with legal frameworks
• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions
• Ensure compliance with the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (NSW) and other state-specific regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for audits and reviews
