Description:
POSITION: COLLECTIONS MANAGER
Park West Professional Services operates as a specialized Servicing Center for lending companies offering personal loans and lines of credit through online and phone-based services to customers across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Collections Supervisor or Manager to lead our domestic call center collection department, with a focus on team building, streamlining processes and achieving outstanding results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor of a collections team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of collections KPIs and their interdependencies.
- In-depth knowledge of collections practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of standard collections regulations and compliance requirements, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
- Experience developing, interpreting, and integrating reports to enhance departmental performance.
- Ability to create, explain and incorporate reports to better the department.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A post-secondary diploma in any discipline is required, though a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Conflict Resolution: Address escalated customer and collections issues with a balanced and solution-oriented approach, preserving customer relationships while safeguarding company interests.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze department metrics and collections outcomes to identify trends, drive improvements, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all collections and customer service activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
