Description Monitoring and driving the collection floor, as well as delivering collector training, monitoring supervisors, and implementing company policies and procedures. Resolves problems and makes recommendations for improving account handling processes. Requirements Responsibilities and Expectations. · Manage and supervise assigned collection Team. · Lead individual assigned collection Team to success. · Proficiency in the art of collecting money. · Responsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff negotiation, tasking, and talk off skills. · Responsible for all administrative tasks as needed for group. · Enforce company policies. · Lead by example by presenting a professional demeanor and attitude to Team · Work on other duties as assigned. · 3 years of relevant 1st party collections operations experience. · Minimum of two-years supervisory experience preferred. · Exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills. · Experience in interviewing potential candidates. · Must be competitive, detail oriented, and goal driven. · Strong analytical skills and diligence with assigned tasks. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Responsibilities
