หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ติดตามหนี้ ตามลูกหนี้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ติดตามหนี้ตามรอบวางบิลของลูกหนี้ ตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้าและบริการเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพอใจและจ่ายหนี้ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง คอนเฟิร์มยอดการชำระ และ invoice ที่ถูกต้อง คุณสมบัติ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการติดตามเร่งรัดหนี้สิน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป มีความรอบคอบด้านตัวเลข มีความชอบในงานบริการและการเจรจากับลูกค้า สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ และเครื่องใช้สำนักงานได้ดี มีความขยันและอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ สวัสดิการ ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน ลาพักร้อน 15 วัน/ปี ประกันสุขภาพกลุ่ม ประกันสังคม ค่าทันตกรรม 2,000 บาทต่อปี เงินโบนัสตามผลงาน

Responsibilities

The Collections Officer is responsible for following up on debts assigned to them and ensuring timely payments according to the billing cycle. They will also listen to customer issues and provide satisfactory service to encourage debt repayment.
