In this role you will manage long-outstanding auto loan accounts through reconciliation, adjustments, and effective collection actions. What the role will entail: Reconcile and review auto loan accounts to support timely collection and resolution Implement account maintenance such as reversals, adjustments, and client information updates Record all collection actions accurately in the system Endorse accounts for skip tracing, field visits, or repossession when necessary Facilitate insurance claims and process redemption requests Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines Assist in achieving unit targets by supporting co-collections associates What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in either Business, Accountancy, Management, or Finance is preferred At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections, preferably in auto or consumer loans Working knowledge of collections processes and basic banking operations Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills What you can expect from joining our team: Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition Mentorship from experienced professionals Clear career progression paths for long-term growth
