We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail focused Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage accounts in early arrears, identify potential hardship cases, and support general collections activities.
To be successful, you’ll have strong communication skills, sound judgement, along with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with banking systems (ULTRACS preferred) and Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of relevant legislation such as the National Consumer Credit Protection Act and Privacy Act is advantageous.
