Location: Phoenix Department: Accounting Status: Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM / Non-Exempt Description: Collections & Pricing Analyst The position of Credit and Pricing Analyst is accountable for the collection efforts of Chain account balances and resolving discrepancies. In addition, position maintains customer promotion and allowance SKU’s and pricing. This position reports to Accounting and Pricing Managers. * Review weekly Chain account balances for open invoices and discrepancies. * Resolve open invoices and discrepancies. * Supports collection efforts for all Chain accounts. * Utilizes customer portals to submit open invoices and short payment requests. * Maintains customer SKU promotions and allowances. * Collaborate with Brand Management team regarding product discounts, product pricing, and supplier allowances. * Other tasks assigned by Accounting and Pricing managers. * Need to be comfortable collaborating with Accounting, Sales, and Brand teams. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of collections and pricing; or equivalent combination of collections and pricing experience. Must display a positive and proactive attitude, have excellent organizational skills, possess a high attention to detail, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize. Must also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written often writing reports, processes, and correspondence. Must have Excel and other Microsoft office applications experience.
