Description Bangor Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time Collections Representative. The Collections Representative will work as part of a team that communicates with members and takes appropriate action to resolve delinquent accounts, assists the credit union in minimizing losses and maximizing recovery. Position is also responsible for processing repossession orders, liquidating collateral, small claims filings and post judgement actions. Requirements Additional requirements include: One (1) to Three (3) years of collections experience preferred. Ability to organize, prioritize and respond to multiple tasks and requests. Attention to detail and timelines. Ability to display and communicate with tact and diplomacy to current and potential members, peers, staff and associates. Excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills. Promotes and participates in a cohesive team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
