What You’ll Be Doing Managing and recovering delinquent accounts within the multifamily housing sector Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements Maintaining strict compliance with FDCPA and company policies Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals Documenting account activity accurately and thoroughly Leveraging technology to maximize account resolution What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of debt collection experience (required) Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals Professional phone presence and strong communication skills Understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment Ability to multitask while maintaining compliance and accuracy Work Environment & Requirements In-office position in Everett, WA 98208 Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Comfortable working at a desk using phone and computer systems throughout the day 6+ hours a day If You’re a Closer...We Want to Talk!
