THE OPPORTUNITY

H-Wave is looking for a motivated and skilled Collections Representative to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As an H-Wave Collections Representative, you’ll be responsible for negotiating settlements and managing outstanding balances by engaging with adjusters, attorneys, and lien representatives. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain strong professional relationships while playing a key part in the company’s success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday
• One or more years of collections and customer service experience
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web applications and databases
• An outgoing and positive personality who is eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
