Job Responsibilities: Open to travel to nearby locations to assist when needed Learn various roles and functions of Rent-2-Own Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness Create sales/marketing plans to generate sales Establish plans for team and individual goals to be met Develop new and professional relationships with customers and help them manage their accounts successfully Maintain control during the collection process when customer's payments become late Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, at the counter, process customer payments, and handle customer complaints professionally Hitting sales goals each week FUN FACT: We promote within 99.9% of the time Here at Rent 2 Own, we get Nice Folks Nice Stuff, and we are looking to add some Nice Folks to our teams!
