COLLECTIONS & SALES SPECIALIST – RENEWABLE ENERGY

Location: East Melbourne (fully onsite)
Hourly Rate: $35.68 per hour + super

Duration: 3 months casual contract to begin. Chance of extension or long term contract thereafter

• ️ Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm each week

We’re on the hunt for a driven Collections & Sales Specialist to engage with SME customers, rebuild relationships, and secure ongoing contract renewals - even when clients have had a less-than-perfect experience in the past.
This isn’t just about collecting payments. It’s about re-selling value, winning back trust, and ensuring long-term partnerships in the renewable energy space.

• Introducing our client’s business as the new operator across 80+ clients.
• Re-engaging customers and clearly communicating the value of their PPA or ESA agreements.
• Turning around negative experiences and resetting relationships with a fresh start.
• Negotiating payment solutions (full, partial, or structured plans) while maintaining contract continuity.
• Using CRM tools to track progress and keep cases on target for quick resolution.
