Description

Our client is currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, the Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, reviewing them for past due invoices based on the customer’s Net Terms. The position involves working both directly and indirectly with internal departments and external clients to identify and resolve issues that may be delaying payment. This is a highly visible role that represents the company, requiring a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Must have knowledge of billing procedures (Accounts Payable, Collections)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and Access
  • Have an understanding of third-party collection agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    Hours: Monday-Friday. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
