The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the accounts receivable process by ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role involves working directly with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to manage the billing process, disputes, facilitate payments, and maintain strong cash flow for the organization. The Collections Specialist will also help enhance the overall collections process to minimize delinquency and improve financial performance. The Collections Specialist can work from our Philadelphia, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Atlanta branch.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Experience: 2+ years of experience in collections in the restoration industry or as a public adjuster.
· Skills: Proficiency with insurance claim billing, lien rights, and restoration service,. Proficiency in billing and collections software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours are determined by business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
