Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
  • Outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
  • Support retail operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
  • Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
  • Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
