JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment arrangements. You’ll play a key role in supporting our dealership’s leasing operations while representing our company with professionalism and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service is an asset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, persistent, and able to manage difficult conversations
• Organized with attention to detail
• Familiarity with automotive financing is an advantage (training provided)

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payment or negotiate repayment schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities
• Work closely with the lease team to resolve outstanding balances
• Provide clear, respectful communication while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
