REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in construction collections
• Strong knowledge of lien rights, AIA billing, and payment applications
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with accounting or project management systems

ABOUT THE ROLE:

BME is looking for a seasoned Collections Specialist with construction industry experience to manage and reduce accounts receivable across our HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively follow up on past-due customer accounts
• Work with project managers to resolve billing issues or disputes
• Track payment status and maintain accurate aging reports
• Prepare lien notices and handle collection documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients to secure timely payments
