Description Job Title: Collections Specialist I We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Specialist I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on outstanding accounts receivable balances. Responsibilities: - Contact customers to collect on outstanding balances - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities - Work with other departments to resolve customer disputes - Provide excellent customer service to all customers - Meet or exceed monthly collection goals - Other duties as assigned If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for collections and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Commission equals a percentage of debt collected.
