We're looking for a Collections Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. If you enjoy turning challenges into solutions, this is the opportunity for you! The Collections Specialist will help manage and reduce delinquent accounts. The day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to: Proactively reaching out to account holders 60+ days past due via phone, email, and written communication. Negotiating payment arrangements and documenting commitments accurately. Monitoring aging reports and identifying trends to keep accounts on track. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments. Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records in NetSuite. Ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma 2+ years in accounts receivable or collections Strong understanding of AR processes and collections strategies. Excellent communication skills for handling tough conversations professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
