Description Marsh Furniture Company is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to work within our Finance department to conduct day to day contact with customers to resolve issues preventing payment on past due invoices. This role is a customer facing position that reports to the Controller. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Analyzes accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts Provide customer service regarding collection issues, review account adjustments and resolve invoice discrepancies Negotiating payment plans may be necessary Works with customer portals to obtain remittance details and purchase order documentation Provides customer account statements, invoice copies, and any other information needed to expedite collections Works collaboratively with other accounting personnel within the organization Cross-trained on cash application Performs other duties as assigned Requirements To ensure success as a Credit Analyst, you should have: Excellent people and communication skills Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills Effective critical thinking skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database systems Education and Experience: 3+ years of related experience required About Marsh Furniture Company: Marsh is a family-owned cabinetry manufacturer with a 119-year legacy of innovation, reliability, and service.
