· Connect with customers daily to resolve past due balances and payment issues with professionalism and care
· Drive results by submitting invoices and statements for all balances over 60 days
· Keep records sharp by processing and recording customer payments with precision
· Deliver insights through detailed account status reports that guide management decisions
· Solve puzzles by investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
· Maintain balance by assisting with regular receivable account reconciliations
· Stay organized by creating and managing monthly billing statements, understanding maintenance contracts, negotiating pricing, and reconciliations
