We are seeking a proven and dedicated collections supervisor to assist with the operational performance of our collection staff. The collections supervisor can expect to manage and grow a staff of 10 employees to 20-30 employees, maintain responsibility for the financial performance of the division, measure and report on key division initiatives and performance metrics, and report directly to senior management.
The key to the Collections Supervisor position is to work directly with our employees, improve their skills, and generate a culture to achieve our goals.
