Description We are seeking a Bilingual individual who has a dedicated and detail-oriented work ethic, to be responsible for overseeing all Collection processes. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Collection processes and KPI’s. This is a full-time, in office position that reports directly to the Director of Treasury Management and will require the ability to adapt to change and drive a sense of urgency, accuracy and confidence in the team. Strong understanding of the full Accounts Receivable process Strong background in B2B and B2C collections. Strong understanding collection processes and able to develop, monitor and evaluate progress of team using KPI’s to drive success. Background in working with outside collections companies. Critical thinker with the ability to see the big picture and help develop and implement new processes and procedures. Hands-on mentality to work alongside the team and help develop improvement opportunities as well as meet deadlines. Experience with different receivable systems. Ability to adapt to changes as the needs of the business changes and direct the team. Goal driven mindset, able to drive success in company goals. Work effectively and timely with both internal and external customers. Always maintain company confidentiality. Bilingual in Spanish. Minimum 5 years of relative Collections and Supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
The Collections Supervisor will oversee all collection processes and ensure the team meets company goals. They will develop, monitor, and evaluate team performance using KPIs.
