Working closely with other team leaders and senior leadership, ensuring our operations deliver maximum impact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• As a leader, you will:Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Collections Agents.
• Inspire and motivate them to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide ongoing coaching through regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
• Oversee daily collections activities across multiple lending geographies, handle escalated or complex customer cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with Customer Success and other departments to resolve issues and embed best practices.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and the smart use of data and automation, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies, BaFin guidelines, and TCF principles.
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions, while championing fair customer outcomes and sustainable repayment solutions.
