COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER

Location: Great Billing, Northampton, NN3 9EX.
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum.
Contract: Full time, 12 month contract.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, and we’re looking for someone to start with us early August 2025.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to join as a Collections Team Leader for a 12 month contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, developing talent, and delivering good outcomes for our customers. You’ll lead a team of 7, comprising of both Credit Controllers and Credit Administrators, providing day-to-day support, coaching, and leadership to ensure targets are met and that the team are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
