POSITION SUMMARY
Two (2) temporary, hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in the Office of the Provost/College Corps.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Flexible to changing working conditions and tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the College Corps staff with general student support such as phone calls, and one-on-one meetings for general check-ins with timesheets and student events attendance.
- Support the College Corps staff with student events related to the program.
- Assist in developing presentations for program recruitment.
- Assist in providing general information or referrals as required by the Fellows and assist with one-on-one monthly meetings with the Fellows
- Support the College Corps staff with meetings, agendas, and scheduling.
- Assist in aiding in Fellow’s focus groups, data gathering for program reports, and assessment of training, Fellow’s events, and service experience
- Maintain, research, and create social media postings for the program
- Liaise with student programs, clubs, and organizations, as well as campus offices and services.
Other duties as assigned.
