We are looking for a College Counselor for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026. Job responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students identify college and career goals; Assist with college selection, application processes, and interview preparation; Provide guidance on essay writing and application materials; Organize workshops and informational sessions regarding college admissions; Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support students' academic and emotional needs Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject Excellent communications skills Good understanding of teaching in AP context Monthly salary from 30,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Fully paid summer and winter holiday Public holiday Medical insurance Flight allowance is 10,000 RMB
