The University of Roehampton is recruiting a College Engagement Administrative Officer to join our expanding Digby Stuart College team, which works to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and proactive student experience, is committed to supporting students’ personal and professional growth and sense of belonging through initiatives that enrich their time with us, and plays a key role in supporting the University deliver on its ambitious strategy over the next 5 years’.
Key responsibilities include overseeing administration of the college’s community and engagement opportunities, planning and delivering the logistics of college led operations and providing a project management function to make college events successful. You will be collaborating with colleagues from across the university - both academic and professional services teams - to bring to life initiatives that empower students to achieve their full potential and producing reports to meet internal and external governance.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in student engagement, programme development, reporting and measuring impact, preferably in a higher education setting. Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and most importantly, a genuine passion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £36,372.00-£40,256.00 per year
