Athletic Football Group is a leading provider of football coaching provisions across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. From our grassroots football club to our college academy programme, we offer football development for players of all ages/levels. With over 250 students training with us weekly, we’re dedicated to shaping the next generation of football talent!
We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about being the best they can be, eager to go the extra mile in developing both their players and themselves, and committed to elevating the reputation of our company. If you’re driven, dedicated and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!
Start Date: Immediate
Shift Pattern: 25-28 Hours per Week
Contract: Term-Time Contract. (10 weeks off per year!)

PROGRESSIONS

AFG are looking for full-time staff in the coming months - This could be you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Football coaching: 2 Years
Grassroots Football Participation: 1 Year
Office / Admin Work: 1 Year

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead in the delivery of training sessions based on a syllabus.
To run a team including communicating with players, parents, opposition and all other stakeholders.
To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.
To consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an exceptional standard as part of AFG’s ethos.
To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.
MUST be available for weekly games (Either a Sat or Sun AM dependent on age group)
To attend termly CPD events
Ideally 25+ so can drive the college minibus for fixtures/training/trips
Support the admin and operations of the Company.
