SUMMARY

Join SRP’s Strategic Research and Insights team to learn and apply qualitative and quantitative research skills. As an intern, you’ll shadow and collaborate with UX and Market Researchers to help design and build better customer and user experiences.
We are seeking an undergraduate or graduate student currently studying User Experience Research, Market Research, or Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, or related fields).
The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.

EDUCATION

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of qualitative and quantitative research, including questionnaire design, background research, data analysis, reporting, and quality control.
  • Support researchers on projects such as user testing, journey mapping, and tracking studies.
  • Contribute to the development of research reports, data visualizations, and insights presentations.
