This position reports to the Director of Student Engagement and Support. Salary Range: $21.89 to $30.58 Per Hour Minimum Qualifications Current State of MN Nursing Licensure and One academic year of teaching/tutoring experience in Nursing at the high school level or above. Preferred Qualifications RN Licensure. Maternal-child/OB/Peds experience. Knowledge of teaching techniques, nursing theory and procedures sufficient to tutor students, evaluate instructional materials and, if necessary, develop and modify instructional materials. Knowledge of technical course content sufficient to tutor students. Ability to work effectively with students to assist learning by recognizing individual learning styles and encourage students to focus on how they learn best. Ability to effectively manage time and direct students’ efforts efficiently in a group or one-to-one setting.
