[http://www.fairlabor.org/] POSITION SUMMARY Fair Labor Association seeks a Collegiate Programs Associate to support initiatives related to higher education and trademark licensing. This includes supporting FLA’s engagement with FLA University Members, FLA Collegiate Licensee Affiliates, the FLA Collegiate Retailer pilot, and other stakeholders. The Associate supports Collegiate Programs staff with program and project management, tracking and following up on engagement with members and affiliates, and improving the experience of our members and affiliates through effective relationship management and communication.  This is a Level 2 position that can be performed remotely from any location. Travel is required 4-6 times per year for internal and external events and conferences. The salary range for this position is $53-58K if based in the U.S. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY FLA Collegiate Retailer Program Pilot (50%) * Ensures internal coordination to set up FLA platforms for launch and implementation of program pilot (AMS/CRM, LMS, MailChimp, etc.). * Tracks and analyzes FLA Collegiate Retailer program engagement with program components (i.e., Code of Conduct alignment, vendor disclosure, and training participation) and follows up with participants accordingly. * Coordinates communications calendar for participants and assists with planning and writing strategic email communications. * Supports logistics and content development for quarterly training sessions. * Responds to daily inquiries from participants via phone, email, and video call. * Analyzes data to support the pilot evaluation process. FLA Collegiate Licensee Program (35%) * Researches, implements, and manages a project management platform (i.e. Monday.com, native MS365 tools, etc.) to support FLA Collegiate Licensee Program coordination across departments (Operations, Communications, Finance, Collegiate Programs, etc.) to continuously improve licensee experience with FLA platforms (AMS, LMS, FLDH, MailChimp, etc.) and processes (renewal, training participation, etc.). * Supports internal coordination to further optimize FLA platforms for affiliates (AMS/CRM, LMS, MailChimp, other databases/platforms, etc.). * Supports tracking and analysis of FLA Collegiate Licensee program compliance (i.e., Code of Conduct alignment, factory disclosure, and training participation) and follows up with licensees and licensors accordingly. * Supports coordination of communications calendar for affiliates and assists with planning and writing strategic email communications. * Supports logistics and content development for quarterly training sessions. * Responds to daily inquiries from affiliates via phone, email, and video call. FLA University Program (15%) * Supports coordination of communications calendar for members and assists with planning and writing strategic email communications. * Supports with logistics and content development for regular caucus and annual meetings and FLA Student Committee meetings. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS * At least two years of relevant work experience, ideally in business, supply chain management, trademark licensing, sourcing, production, corporate social responsibility, and/or human rights. * Strong commitment to FLA’s mission of protecting workers’ rights and supporting members and affiliates to conduct human rights due diligence within their supply chains. * Superior communication skills, both oral and written; proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters; customer service and/or user experience mindset; diplomacy; negotiation skills; poise; sound judgment. * Fluency in English required; additional language skills a plus. * Strong organizational, editing, and copy-editing skills; detail oriented. * Strong digital fluency; MS365 familiarity; advanced Excel skills; experience with AMS/CRM, LMS, and email service providers a plus. * Demonstrated initiative and reliability; ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team. * Team-player with willingness to fill team gaps as needed.
