Description
1. Configure and customize Collibra workflows, assets, and domains for metadata, glossary, and lineage management. 2. Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems including Power BI, Databricks, Informatica, Purview, and data warehouses. 3. Automate metadata ingestion using Collibra APIs, Catalog Connector, or Edge. 4. Develop and maintain data stewardship workflows (policy approvals, data issue management, exceptions). 5. Design and implement governance operating models, including roles (Steward, Owner, Custodian). 6. Define and enforce data classification, lineage, and compliance policies. 7. Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain metadata accuracy. 8. Build custom dashboards and reports to track governance KPIs (data quality, compliance). 9. Provide user training and documentation on Collibra usage. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications) 2. 7+ years of experience in Collibra Data Governance / Collibra Data Catalog development and administration 3. Domain experience in banking, finance is an added advantage 4. Critical thinking and good problem-solver 5. Strong understanding of metadata management, lineage, and governance principles 6. Proficiency in Collibra Console, DGC, APIs, and Workflow Designer (BPMN) 7. Experience with Python or Java for API scripting and workflow automation 8. Knowledge of data governance tools integration (Informatica, Purview, Power BI) 9. Familiarity with Azure Data Services and hybrid cloud environments 10.
Responsibilities
The Collibra Developer will configure and customize Collibra workflows and integrate it with enterprise systems. They will also automate metadata ingestion and develop data stewardship workflows.
