Job Description 岗位职责: 1.独立负责园区指定区域或特定类型客户的招商工作,完成从客户接洽到合同签订的全流程 2.开拓维护客户资源,建立客户网络并进行定期跟进,管理直接客户和中介渠道 3.负责招商中心日常运营,包括接待安排、物料更新和场地状态检查 4.调研周边竞争园区动态,形成租金、优惠政策等市场分析报告 5.协调业主方物业、工程团队解决客户入驻问题,推动租赁流程执行 6.维护更新招商进度表和客户数据库,确保数据准确性 7.协助高级经理跟进重点客户并组织园区推广活动 Qualifications 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历,房地产、市场营销等相关专业优先 2.1-3年房地产租赁或销售经验,有产业园区驻场经验者优先 3.能独立完成客户接待、谈判和合同签订全流程 4.具备优秀的沟通表达能力、谈判技巧和服务意识 5.熟练使用Office办公软件,能制作招商PPT和数据分析报表 6.普通话流利,具备抗压能力和现场问题解决能力 Location: China - Beijing
