Collision Center Manager / Auto Body Manager
We are looking for an experienced collision center manager that has experience running production and managing on the floor.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Collision Center Manager is responsible for moving vehicles throughout the repair process by way of being aware of all production. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in the latest repair procedures. The Collision Center Manager should have experience writing in programs such as CCC, Mitchell, and others. The Manager should have experience working with various DRPs and handling work at high-volume shops.

SALARY: $140K - $165K FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remain knowledgeable of the latest parts and repair procedures
  • Exhibit a high level of communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Liaise with insurance companies and negotiate parts and labor costs
  • Research and locate any parts needed
  • Make sure all necessary parts are present before work begins
  • Ensure all reports and records are accurately completed
  • Show empathy and patience when working with customers
