JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate one on one effectively
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of both.
  • I-CAR certifications recommended but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
  • Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
  • Able to perform all aspects of collision repair including structural, body, sheet metal, welding, etc.
  • Able to perform mechanical repairs such as cooling systems, A/C systems, suspension, exhaust systems, etc.
  • Able to perform all tasks required in a timely and professional manner.
  • Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.
  • Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
  • Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
  • Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Willing to attend all mandatory training as required by management.
  • Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Performs other tasks as required by management.
  • Focus on Quality and Service.
  • Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
