COLLISION CENTER ESTIMATOR Join Serpentini Collision Center as a vital part of our team in WILLOUGHBY HILLS, OH. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates for multiple DRP's, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow within our Collision Center. Compensation - $60,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and prepare detailed repair estimates. * Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair procedures and standards. * Ensure timely and accurate documentation of estimates and repair progress. * Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and efficiency. * Quality check the final repairs to maintain customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience as a Collision Center Estimator or similar role required. * Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CCC One estimating software BENEFITS * Competitive compensation package. * Opportunities for professional development and training including I-Car * Supportive and team-oriented work environment. * Employee discounts on automotive services. * Sign on Bonus * Paid time off * 401K plan ABOUT THE COMPANY Serpentini Automotive Group is a leading automotive group committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.
