Position Summary The Collision Center Receptionist plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This position reports directly to the Collision Center Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate staff Schedule appointments for customers and team members as needed Sort and distribute incoming mail Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with billing processes and answer customer questions regarding charges Maintain organized and accurate files, including customer records and billing documentation Perform other administrative duties as assigned Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
