  • Structural Repairs: Executing complex structural repairs, including working on the vehicle’s unibody or frame. This requires precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Frame Work: Addressing frame damage through straightening, aligning, and potentially sectioning to restore the vehicle’s original dimensions and safety.
  • Sectioning: Skillfully performing sectioning procedures on vehicle panels or structural components when necessary, ensuring strong and seamless integration with the existing structure.
  • Straightening: Utilizing specialized tools and techniques to straighten damaged body panels and structural members, removing dents, bends, and other deformities.
  • Post-Disassembly Repair: Receiving vehicles that have already been disassembled and proceeding with the required collision repairs. This implies a focus solely on the repair work itself.
  • Paint Preparation: Preparing all repaired surfaces for the paint department. This includes ensuring proper panel alignment, smooth transitions, and a clean surface ready for refinishing.
  • Refinish Team Communication: Effectively communicating the details of the repairs to the refinish team, providing necessary information about the work performed and any specific requirements for the paint process.
  • Finalizing Repairs in Primer: Block sanding repairs in primer to ensure satisfaction with repairs.
  • Seam Sealing: Applying seam sealers to joints and seams to prevent water intrusion and corrosion, maintaining the integrity of the repair.
