Title: Collision Technician Reports To:  Collision Shop Manager Position Overview: This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing damaged motor coaches and other commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities: * Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and refurbishes motorcoaches, commercial and non-commercial vehicles and other vehicles, both towed and driven * Understands and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures * Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, and DOT * Specific duties and responsibilities are determined by individual collision technician training, certification, knowledge, skill, and experience * Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned  Qualifications: * Requires good organizational skills to include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected time frames * Employee must possess the tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities * Experience with post pulling jack * Must have welding experience or certification in a welding program and knowledge of laser alignment procedures * Previous experience in a collision/frame shop and or collision related education Skills: * Must be a self-starter and possess a positive attitude * Must have good attendance * Willing to travel with possible work on the weekends/overtime a plus Physical Demands: * Ability to frequently move items weighing up to 100lbs * Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout shift This job description is subject to change at any time.
